Penpal From Russia #1

The penpal I made before seems to be a weird guy, therefore I tried to make another one. When I was sending a letter for a Brazilian girl named Natalia, I got a mail from another girl from Russia. Her name is Kristina, she is very interested in Asian culture.

After reading her mail, I replied a mail right away. I hope she will add me to her MSN because I want to talk to her online.

Why You Shouldn't Smoke!!

I listened to the radio from the ESL. It was talking about the disadvantages of smoking, and why the smoker smokes again and again. Smoking is usually linked to heart disease, and it also leads to many kinds of cancer. WHO estimates that five million people a year died from the effects of smoking, and WHO also says that it will kill more than eight million people a year by 2020. The major substance in cigarettes that makes people addicted to it is nicotine; it forces the person to keep smoking. Anyway, it is better not to start smoking.

This is a penpal's web, I am already signuped, and I setup my profile yesterday. This morning I opened my mailbox excited to see whether somebody mailed me or not. Surprisingly, I got a mail from someone whose account is shekin. His name is Micheal Joseph, he was very polite to say hello to me, and he wants to know more about me, so I have to reply to him immediately; otherwise, he won't care for me anymore. Bye~~

My name is Keran; I am 22 years old. I am now a senior in NTUST and I major in computer information and science engineering which for the past two years was not very easy for me. My hobbies is playing volleyball, listening to music, sleeping and raising dogs. I have been playing volleyball for seven years and playing volleyball is my greatest interest and pride.
